I need to worship because without it I lose a sense of wonder and gratitude and plod through life with blinders on.

Worship

We gather together to worship God so that we are stirred from the routines of life and awakened to the grace and goodness we often overlook.  We gather together to say to God, "Thank you," "I'm sorry," and "Help."  We gather together to bring our gratitude, our anger, our apathy, and our hopes to God.  We gather together to be nourished by God and the community of faith, so that we may go out to feed a hungry world.

Join us for a small, informal worship service every Sunday at 8:30 AM in the Parlor or for traditional worship at 10:30 AM in the sanctuary.  Communion is served on the first Sunday of the month, and children are always welcome in worship.

Those who sing, pray twice.

Music Ministries

St. Andrew Choir

The St. Andrew Choir leads the congregation in musical praise to God during the 10:30 AM worship service.  The choir rehearses from 8:50 AM to 10:15 AM on Sunday mornings during the choir season — approximately, Labor Day to Memorial Day.

Brass Ensemble

St. Andrew is fortunate to have a number of fine brass players, and this ensemble plays in our 10:30 AM service on occasion.  There is no audition, and any brass instrument is welcome.

Handbell Choir

The Handbell Choir plays seasonally and gathers for rehearsals in advance of leading in worship.

To participate in the choir, brass ensemble, or handbell choir, contact Robert Farr at rffarr@comcast.net.
